Title: Did you guys delete the petition for opening the source code thread???

Can't find the thread.  If this has happened, wow, someone needs to assess his or her propensity for paranoia and censorship.

The debate is continuing in the Off Topic forum with regards to that thread, by the way, if anyone wants to continue to contribute to it...

No, it hasn't been buried, it just moved off onto another tangent, which my posts were probably responsible for, and I apologise for that. The thread lives on, however, in its new life... lol!

  Okay, we'd gotten a BIT off topic, but the petition itself was important! Couldn't we have saved that part?

It's never going to happen, so no, we explained why, too many risks and factords involved. Go chase another pipe dream .
