Title: Need advice

I dl'ed a few raw models slapped some textures on them set up the hardpoints (.gf file) and the defaultloadout and the defaultcore files.  I looked the ships over with my .mod file viewer and used d'deridex's hp editor for the hardpoints.  Everything should work right?  Well when I start the game and go into sp conquest it won't load I cant even get to the map it just locks up.  Im on the beta patch and have the dx9 fix for the game any ideas?

did you install the DX9 fix after you pached the game?? if so reinstall and patch cause the DX9 fix is included in the patch...
i made this mistake at first and had the same problem....
