Title: Question About The Phaser B

I would like to make a secondary chart for the damage against shields for this weapon. The chart given out (a long time ago now) only gave the damage against hull, which thanks to the Read Me we now know is x3 of that against shields. Most of the numbers are divisable by 3, so are no problem. A couple, namely 13 (comes to 4 1/3) and 2 (comes to 2/3) do not. Does the system round up or down? Also at extreme ranges, like 40, when the weapon only does 2 points (to hull) 50% of the time, does it miss completely (assuming 2/3 of a point does not get rounded to 1)?

Dave? Testers? Does anyone know?
