I'm trying to install OP on a Windows 2000 laptop and I'm getting an error message.
At 99% complete it comes up and says:
An error occured during the data move process: -115
Component: Program Files
File Group: Main Game Files
File: C:\Program Files\Taldren Software Inc.\StarfleetCommand Orion Pirates\MetaAssets\conquest.mvm
it then bombs out.
any Ideas???
I have EAW and SFC3 on here just fine.

Ok mace.....I'm not sure this is your problem....but it was mine...the fix was via Magnum man:
After many many re-installs of SFC2 and OP...at some point...I could not complete a re-install of either game...
The load process would hard lock my PC at random points during the install.......
At first...I assumed I had a damaged disk....so I bought another copy of SFC2....but I still had the problem...
Then...I assumed my CD rom was messed up.....after a few calls to tech help...this proved to be false....
Registry keys?...nope not that....
I posted my problem...Mags suggested I check to see if DMA was enabled on my CD rom.....it was....he suggested to disable it...and try the re-install....
IT WORKED!!!!...all the way through...I then just re-enable DMA .....
to this day...if I want to re-install either SFC 2 or OP...I must disable DMA first....
Dont ask me why....
This may not be your problem...but it wont hurt to try it out...
Go to my comp/device manager/CD-Rom/settings
you should see a box listed DMA....if it is checked....un-check it...if it is UN-checked...check it....re start your PC and try to re-install...
If it works...simply re-check DMA and re-start your PC....
