Title: Sign up vs Commitment

This is what happens when you have a pre campaign sign up, and later see the commitment from one side vs the other playerwise. LB4 on dyna 2 EAW experimented with an OOB (order of battle), and had pre campaign sign up. The sides were about even from the get go, but commitment can turn the tide of any war...
