Title: SFC OP Mod Question: can you modify the race's pictures?

In SFC OP, there are descriptions of each of the races with pictures of some of the main characters.  I know where in the strongs folder I need to go t modify the written descriptions, but I'd also like to modify the picture pertaining to the race (say put a picture of Picard where currently there is a picture of a woman in the federation).  Can anyone point me to the file or files that hold the pictures of the various races in the game?  thanks.

I'm not positive, but I think they would be in the sprites.q3 file. (which is still an enigma as far as I know)
