I noticed that if you update your avatar, all of your posts from the past update to your new Avatar..
Same goes for your signature... Neat Function !!!
What do you guys think of my current Avatar?

All boards with user avatars work that way.
Otherwise you would need to store the avatar with the post, upon which (after a while) the server would probably obtain critical mass and explode....

I was unfamiliar with this function concerning these type of forums... in the old Taldren Forums, your signature once saved in the thread stayed the same reguardless of update...
2 other forums that i frequent have Avatars and those do not back update.. so this is a new feature for me that i found impressive and neat... My applolgies for my ignorance..
-
Yep, seems back updating is a standard feature on newer forums these days. The KOTH forums have that same feature as well.

Hmm... fair enough m8, I was just talking from my own experience. No reason it shouldn't work that way I guess, you would just need to store the link with each post, not the picture itself - I've just never come across it.

Congratulations! You are the very first person to figure out where my avatar image came from. For your reward, you will receive...
Absolutely Nothing!
Seriously, though, I've still got an old Atari 8-bit emulator and a M*U*L*E disk image stashed away on my harddrive. Sometimes, just before bed, I boot it up for "one quick game". Next thing I know, it's morning.
If someone really wanted to make me happy, they'd create a version of Mule otherwise identical to the original that you could play against human opponents via GameSpy or whatever.
Later,
Troy

I've been aware of several sequels but all are missing something or another, or make some fundamental changes in gameplay. But I thank you for the link and will check it out post-haste. Who knows; maybe I'll get a new avatar image out of it, if nothing else.
