Title: seeking information about SFC2 mod: cloak

I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possble to mod the cloaked properties of a ship in SFC2 to be more like SFC3....that is, virtually or completely  invisible and difficult or impossible  to lock on. I heard a rumor that such a mod already existed. If so, does anyone know where to find it? If not, does anyone know if it's possible?
