Title: 2552 Patch Problems

I have applied the new patch twice and it seems to work fine. When I launch OP, the game version still say 2550. Does anyone else have this problem?

Are you sure you DL the right version of the patch for you? There are two, one for a complete reinstall (2500 - 2552) and another for the jump from 2550 - 2552.

For whatever reason the patch has not been applied correctly, and some people insist upon uninstalling, deleting the whole Starfleet command directory, reinstalling from CD and applying the full patch to be assured of a correct update. In my case I have always used the stepwise updates on each release without issue.

Thanks Corbomite! Thats the key. The numbers were so close I donwloaded 2500-2552 instead of 2550-2552.

One digit makes a big difference! LOL
