Title: Victory?

How after ending the story line missions, does one obtain victory over the game?  How does one obtain the territory from your  allies?  Without having the computer do it by chance..  This question for any SFC series but especially for SFC 2 EAW and OP

Do you mean how you conquer the Galaxy?

 I am not aware of any victory condition for the game  other than that for the campaigns. After you win the campaign you can continue to conquer the map indefinitely. I have a couple of campaigns that are over 1 year old and I have conqured the whole map, but there will always be neutral hexes that need to be won.
