The one based off a dreadnought hull when they did their massive reorganization of the rule book and ssd.

It looks so darned....unnecessary. All they did was add a neck to the basic Napoleon design and ruined the look in the process. Unless this is someone's kitbash and this isn't the actual official mini....

Hi Atra
its the official Miniature
Selling for 9.95 US from ADB website. I've seen better Kitbashes.

That's off the CVA Khalee. The Doomsday version was off the DN...sorta.
I like the sad little dish hanging at an angle off the front of the secondary hull.

-
That is one damned flimsy looking neck for such a lengthy design.

It almost looks like it was just flying along, and then POW
it ran right into a Federation Class DN or something...everything looks like it's been knocked out of alignment.

No sir I dont like it.

Perhaps using the CVA and SCS descriptions in the Captains rule book. We should ask the modeling talent here to come up
with thier interpretations of what the CVA and SCS should look like. Both ships are retrofitted Dreadnought designs.
is it me or do the warp engines look larger than the normal engines that are on the Dreadnought
-
The warp engines are definately bigger than the DN's Bernard. If you go by the orignal mini. Which is of course the basis for this interesting design....
I believe the Doomsday rules changed the thinking of the CVA to more of a DN conversion. While it makes for another ship design it defeats the traditional thought of designing a carrier from the keel up. The are so many limitations imposed by trying to put a flattop on a hull designed for other purposes. I realize that's old navy thinking but since we don't have a space navy old school is the way to go about things.
Here is a shot of Atrahasis' design from a while ago.

I've never seen this beauty before!
Is she available anyplace?
