The clouds that got you formed up here first then made flanking speed out of the area without spilling a drop.  As usual.

After a balmy 2 days of 30+ degree weather we now have heavy snow for the next two days or so.

With you being so far up north I can see how you wouldn't appreciate snow. However, I am just below the normal southern limit for snow in this region. Snow here is way out of the norm. Sirgod just 45 minutes north of me is above the snow limit and snow up there is less rare. He will normally see from 2 to 10 iches a few times in a winter. Down here five years may pass between snowfalls and 4 inches is a heavy snow.

Exactly, My wifes Family has land out in Camargo/Vicie area, and they get alot more snow then We do. Of course even up further North in Tulsa, they get more then here in the City.

Whats really aggravating is the snow line is normally just 3 to 10 miles north of here. I've seen it a bunch of times coming from or driving to OKC last winter.

I live by a magical river where all snow either falls north of me or south of me. Same with Tornado's though, so i guess it isnt too bad...

strangest rain story. One time it rained on one side of the house and we had to close the windows but on the other side it was dry as a bone. Strangest weather story over all. A tornado near miss. Runner up: low cloud deck had a strong upward draft opened a hole that looked like a CGI effect for a portal to another world.
