You can make a tenderloin in less than 20 minutes? I give a good tenderloin at least 45 minutes, but it could be to do with size.
At any rate, mine would have to be tacos, I guess.

Uncle Ben's Sweet and Sour Sauce with chicken or pork. With chicken is fastest. Fry up the chicken till its properly cooked add the sauce. Bring to boil and then simmer for 5 minutes. Pop the 2 minute microwave rice into the microwave and you're done. Usually less than 10 minutes.
-
1/2 of a bag of O'Brian potatos, cooked in a very hot Wok with a bit of Crisco. Just before the Potatos are done, throw in 3 or 4 eggs, a hand full of celentro, salt and pepper, and of course a good amount of Tabasco. Stir then serve

Yeah I'm talking about the little prepackaged ones at the supermarket. Makes about 2-3 servings. The peppercorn one is darned tasty.

Spaghetti (or any pasta) with garlic and oil.
What, around 15 or less minutes for the noodles? Aand allow the garlic to simmer slowly for... until the spaghetti is cooked! Throw in pinches of seasonings- oregano, basil, salt, pepper, whatever your likings are- in both the oil and the pasta water.
Hey, no cholesterol (for once)!
-
Sashimi grade Tuna, Yellowtail, Salmon etc,.......can't get any simpler, healthy as well as good tasting.
-
Grilled cheese sandwiches
Rice-a-Roni
Macaroni and tomato soup with hamburger
Spaghetti sauce sandwiches- only leftover sauce will do (mmm-MMM!!)
Warmed up leftover homemade chili- it's always better the second time!
Easy to please is me
-
Some Uncle Bens curry sauce mixed with either chicken or turkey.
A bit more time and with a more special curry sauce is a "special".
Chicken and barbacued pork with mushrooms, prawns and king prawns, some onions and peas and some bean shutes(sp), along with some egg fried rice.
It can be done quick, especially when you get it from your local takeaway.

Fried Egg , fried bacon, fried sausage, fried tomato and fried bread. Add in some fried mushrooms and then baked beans fried in the fat used to cook eveything else. Mmmm Cholesterol Heaven.

Miss out the sausage (unless its frankfurter), the fried bread and the baked beans and what do you get? Mmmmm Atkins Heaven (37 lbs in 11 weeks). Don't forget the vitamins and minerals though!

Are you sure your not a member of the undead (killed by heart disease) club?

That's an extreme English breakfast.
