ok Starforce2 and all other that wanted those ships i have converted the first ship, its the Orion pirate Durach class frigate
weapons are those like mentioned in the readme and i wouldn't make a break mesh for it
more ships to come
-
Very nice!
I'm always looking for more Orion models!
Thanks!
-
Cool Lookin' Pirate!
Are the Romulans next by any chance?
-
ok the next one is the fed Coyote scout, has to be scaled down
the Du'Rach is ready and has been tested
next would be the Romulan fighter
-

Not to sound like an ungrateful SOB but DarkMatrix did the DuRach Pirate ship months ago which is up at SFU ..
http://dynamic5.gamespy.com/~sfc/files/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=632
Nice to have more than one version though
I can't wait until you get to the TMP Romulans...
THANK YOU!

Yeah, but with slightlly different shapes and colors, the model size can fix them so we can have a different class size.
-
He has given me the OK to host them all too, so Soon as I get the models I'll stick them on nightsoft. Atleast untill someone can come up with a better solution. BC will be getting some of these too.
I am going to ask for modification on the cyote, I want to put Rolls Royce Mk-whatever it was on the engines like they did back in world war 2.

sorry for DM but mine has the Hardpoints in place of the weapons (no break model but his is not more than a renamed normal model) and in DMs version are some parts doubled ( the lights, its that way in the KA model to but in a close look at those lights in SFC it will look not that good)
-
sended the Coyote and Sortrex to Starforce2 and the Romulan H22 and H13 are converted to 3ds format and i think we need someone who converts them to SFC because those are fighters and i never have added any fighter to SFC
-
good ship, keep the great work and show us more of your creation
-

www.nightsoftware.com/starforce/SFC
The folder should be obvious from there. I've also tested the zips.
As far as conversion to BC....I dunno what I have gotten into. This guy has a serious case of moonraker sydrome
...I'm up to my ears in textures...
Oh well, they're worth the trouble atleast.

Adding fighters to SFC is actually easier than adding in a regular ship.. all that needs to be converted over usually is just the mesh.. no hp/dp'ing needed.

Then scale it appropriately (which is usually a lot smaller than a regular ship, scaled usually 3-12 or so feet for the cockpit depending on the size of the pilot) and you're all set...
