Title: removing shield rings

hi, can anyone say where to find the config setting in which file to remove the shield rings? thanks ive looked in most files that you can edit and i dont see a ini setting anywhere... resembling this that i can recognize what it would do.

You don't want shield "rings"?

Just go to http://www.sfc3files.com/file.info?ID=9082

Just download and install the "No Shield (graphics) Mod" and you're "ring" problem is solved
