A message of friendship and commaradery from your green blooded friends here on Romulus.  Though we have never understood your predilection for such games, we will send some Romulan Ale to Las Vegas to help celebrate the occasion.  So if you detect any cloaked ships, dont shoot, dont hail, dont set up tachyon grids, just *trust us*, its nothing but us delivering our fine beverages.  >:)
