Title pretty much says it all.

Nothing really changed in that area. Holding costs were lowered for several weapons however.
Plasma S now holds for 2 points and G's for 1 point (normal strength). Envelopers still cost the same.
Hellbores now hold for 2.5 points and charge for the same (2.5).
I do have X weapon charts that are correct - the manual is not right - if you want them.
Also for a detailed list of all the changes, check the Read Me file in your SFC folder.

What would really be a help would be a list similar to what David Ferrell posted for the SFC3 weapons. I have nothing but the info that came with the game.
I would like any charts you have. Thanks.

Here are the charts. X-Phasers on Overload do 1.5 listed damage of a regular PH-1. Plasma Snares were loading in 1.5 turns before instead of 3 and to be honest I haven't gotten around to checking if they ever fixed that. People seemed to like it though and it may not have been addressed. Everything else in the manual is correct to the best of my knowledge.

Here is a revised damage chart for the Plasma X. The OP manual is not correct. There was some variance on damage at the bracket ends, but I would chalk that up to the model and the placement of the Plasma launchers on the ship (what I mean by this is that I would fire two different Plasma X's from the same range and get two different damage values, but it was not consistant). As you can see the range breaks are a little different as Plasma X degrades faster.
Range:
0 to 8.25 = 40 damage
8.26 to 12.15 = 29 damage
12.16 to 16.15 = 20 damage
16.16 to 20.15 = 13 damage
20.16 to 23.30 = 6 damage
23.31 to 24.10 = 1 damage
Here is a revised damage chart for the Plasma Snare. The OP manual is not correct. I used Taldren's basic range bracket styles, but most people know to stop at .99 of a range to get the true damage inflicted, i.e. range 10 is really 9.99. There was some variance on damage at the bracket ends, but I would chalk that up to the model and the placement of the Plasma launchers on the ship (what I mean by this is that I would fire two different Plasma E's from the same range and get two different damage values, but it was not consistant).
