First of all i want to say how glad I am that Activision and Taldren have realesed a patch for SFC 3, but there is only one problem.
The patch is only avaliable for the US and UK versions of the game.
I myself live in Austria and so i have the german version for which still no patch was released and in the announcements forum it was only stated that there is still work done on the german patch.
What i want to ask is if and when the beta patch for the german version will be released.

There are many people in Germany and Austria who are enjoying this game and are waiting for the patch.
It would be great if the patch will be uploaded during this day cause i cant wait no more

It was statet by Taldren that it should have come out yesterday evening or today but there is still no patch.
According to what ive heard the german version had problems with the installer but does fixing the installer take about 3 days?
I hope that there will be even a german patch. I would hate it if tell us that we will have to wait for the official patch.
In my opinion it is just a little bit unfair that german version takes so much extra time

well iam glad you working on it but we have waited so long for the patch and now the german version will come so late it is just so... frustrating now you cnat even play on the servers which have already updated.
Well this is the reward when you wait until the version for your country comes out and do not just get some pirate copy.
I dont want to bash Taldren or ATV, not at all but ít is not necessary to wait for so long. I dont want to sound pissed (ok iam) but there is no use in talking about it anymore. I will continue buying Taldren and ATV products but i can assure that you have and you will lose many many costumers by the things which have had happened concerning the beta patch and especially the german version. Hope you´ll have enough fans and costumers left when your next product Balck 9 comes out.
OK iam off waiting for the patch.... again

Its NOT funny. I want that german patch! Or at least I wanna know the exact amount of incompetence of Activision (in other words: how long they will need to release it).
This is way unfair. We german speaking customers already had to wait 1 month longer for the SFC 3 release, and now we are excluded again with that patch. Havent those Activision guys ever heard of a "global" release? While I somehow do understand those release differences with games, I just dont get it why Activision seemingly is the only company that has such incredible delays when it comes to patches.
I paid for this just like the U.S. and U.K. customers. So I think I have the same rights. Wheres the patch?
And of course, what about the "real" patch? Any news on this one? And will we german speaking customers have to wait longer than the others on that patch too?
I dont know if anyone noticed, but Activision still owns us the real patch. But since everybody has been successfully distracted by that unsupported Beta, it seems they again can take as much time as they want.

If I get your posting right Dave, its a problem with the server kit, not with the client patch, right? Soooo, sounds like all those Build 500 servers will have to restart soon (man will they be pissed back at OSD).

to upadate their validated client files to include the
new German scripts. It should not require a restart
and should be relatively painless to do.
