Title: Need some help

Ok guys i need some help, i'm writing a college paper on SFC ship tactics, mainly SFC3. So my topics i am going after are the Cloaking device, to overload or not to overload your weapons (is it better to have phaser 9 overloaded or phaser 10 not etc..) and last but not least Angular Velocity. I have a general idea of what i'm writing but i need 2 online source quotes here i thought hey not prob i just check the forums for something bamf nothing so i'm reducted to making quotes via (hopefully) this thread. So help a guy out and post some strat's here.

PS: Yes Sghndubh i'm looking at BattleClinic too, but i cant use just one source =\
