Mr. Fantastic.  aka Reed Richards.  Leader and founder of the Fantastic Four.  Super Genius inventor and has a body that is extremely rubbery.  Can stretch to great lengths and take great impacts without damage.

As a fellow Mr. Fanrastic:

These were my favoite comics when I was little, so I was geeked to get this one.  He's the leader of "The Fantastic Four" which were four people who got zapped by 'cosmic rays' when they tested our their space ship and returned with superpowers.  

Mr. Fantastic was basically like a souped-up Stretch Armstrong doll.  He could warp and extend the shape of his body to an amazing degree.  He is also the Marvel genius-in-residence who worked up all the teams gadgets.

I always liked these guys because:

a.)  They had no secret identities.  They wore no masks.  They often just went by their real names.

b.)  They had no secret lair.  They lived on several floors of an office building protected by huge amounts of security.  People could send them mail if they wanted.  

To me that said "OK, we're confident enough in our abilities that we don't care if everyone know who we are or where we live."
