I think that you are thinking of Zorg's Cardassians - his Cardassian's are the ones that I would recommend without a doubt; unfortunately I do not really know of a place where they are available for download :-\ Good Hunting though!

Spiral Wave Disruptors ( Heavy/ Medium/ Light )
Photon Torpedoes
By ship.............
freighter : 4 light spiral wave disrupter banks
Galor : 1 Heavy Phaser bank / 8 Medium spiral wave disruptor banks / 3 photon torpedo tubes
Hideki : 5 Medium spiral wave disruptor banks / 1 photon torpedo tube
Keldon : 1 High power phaser bank / 14 Medium power Spiral wave disruptors / 4 torpedo tubes
-on the dreadnaught a mega missile weapon of some sort and 2 quantum type torpedo banks
Any fan-fic ship it's all on you sir,as to how many of each of these weapons they are equipped with
