does anyone know if it is possible to edit the ammount of power that a wapr core puts out? I would like to add a few more on to some of them, nothing big just a few more points.

Yup, you will find what you are looking for under the "assests/commonsettings/power.gf" Open the .gf in note pad or other text based program and you will see what you are looking for.
