Seeing as no one answers my other questions, I'm not holding up much hope of any help from you guys out there.

I think this is the mission when you have to reassimilate the borgs.
Search in your transporter pannel, there is a devise that you have to transport on every borg ship to re-assimilate it.
The fedsand klings ships you can destroy them. They are not good enough to be assimilated.
