Grilling Season:  Tempurature doesnt matter so long as the fire doesnt go out from the wind.

My parents have this habit of grilling while it's 10 below zero.

For me, it's always been from the first day in spring I can stay out without freezing my can (no, not beer) off and can still see late enough into the evening (never used to have backyard lights) until the last day in autumn when I can stay out without freezing my can off (better the beer than me) and can still see late enough into the evening (getting them this season!)

Any day, every day.  I've grilled in every month of the year every where I've been (tho' I must say, winters in the Phillipines are not near as harsh as northern Michigan).  I've even grilled pizzas.

Grill portobellos (mushrooms, that is)!  A little oil and vinegar or Italian dressing on it, grill both sides... superb!

Try the Korean, uh, how do you say it, bul go gee (sp?), or do I even have the wrong term entirely?  You know, the (sometimes marinated) thinly sliced beef you kind of saute over a griddle over a charcoal or other outdoor grill.
