Title: Looking for Cardassian SFC 1 mods

I would appreciate it if anyone has some Cardassian mods for Starfleet command I.
If you have time, if you just give a brief explaination as to why everytime I try to find a mod (If have not in a year or two) that I keep being asked to go to Stratigy Planet or Gator.
