Title: I need Hydran music/voices in SFC3 Fed slot-HELP!

Would someone mod the sound/music file to do this for me? Or failing that, tell me how. As I hear SFC3 is finicky with sounds and I dont have a program to convert sound files into the formats required. I caould trade a SFC3 Hydran model for this mod.
