Title: Saving zipped ship files

When I get my computer back, I hope to be able to back my fleet up on CD. Anyone know the size limit of a zipped file?

IIRC I once had a 1G ziped file. But I find it impractical. And I don't know the limit.
Anyway, I'm sure you can have a 1CD-size zip file.

If true, that would be cool. What I intend to do is take my 1 gig + Romulan, Klingon ship folders, etc. (I have my ships orgaized according to race) and zip the entire thing to put on backup CDs.

i need to copy them on the 40 gig hd so its bether that cd, dvd also are limited but a external hd of 200 gig ca hold a lot of mod (i don't have that much mod).
