Title: Does anyone know why Dax left DS9 after the sixth season?

I noticed that Dax left DS9 after the sixth seaon and was wondering why? Did she want to leave or was she asked to?

jasia dax was kill by gul ducat, and was replace by asria dax after that.

  That is Ezri Dax.I am not sure about the person who played her left the show possibly personal reasons as I haven't seen her doing anything else.

  Terry Farrell asked off the show, as she was offered a regular role on the CBS comedy "Becker" staring Ted Dansen.

She felt network TV was a step up, and they paid her three times what she got on DS9.

I saw her last month on a Sci-fi Television movie alongside Will *hack*- ton.  scuze me.  Don't remember the name of the movie, but it was cool, *cough*-ton, scuze me again...must have a hair ball or something, got burned alive in molten hot magma.  California sunk into the ocean by a big Earthquake.
