Title: Klingon DX Advanced Battlecruiser

This is one of the first Klingon X-ships in SFB. X-ships are advanced starships that were designed and built after the General War. Most of them took part in fighting the Andromedans. I tried to design this particular ship to be something more than a D7, but not quite a K't'inga in terms of appearance. What do you guys think?

I think its superb, true to its roots but with enough subtle differences to put it ahead of the pack. I like how its a real bridge between a K'tinga style and the older D7 style.

I agree. It's a nice transitional ship. I always welcome more D7 variants.

Yeap. Looks like you nailed your design goals. I like the extra mesh detail too, like adding the phaser hardpoints.

The Green impulse textures on the command pod look too big to me, I'd box/frame them in more but aside from that its a nice ship.

How's that Andromedan Base Coming?

KF: I might change that, but I'm strangely attached to those funky green glowies.   (I don't think they're impulse,I don't know what they are. The boom impulse engines on SFB klingons aren't visible when attached to the rear hull)

Rod: As you can see, talking about this the other night made me really want to actually make it.
