Hi, I wanted to show you one of the Xindi ships I'm working on.
It's the Aquatics ship.
It still needs a lot of work (including all the bubbles-like windows...) so use your imagination (a lot  ;D )

Sweet this was one of the coolest looking ships to show up on that lametrek yet!

I am looking forward to seein her!

course I think there is just one klingon variant modeled so far but 2 for sure and possibly a 3rd klingon d7 type thing (i really hope its not just a d 7)

That's great start. She's very unique among starships, being the home for an aquatic species. I'll be keeping an eye out for this one.

Hi, Thanks to all for your comments. I'll post an update asap.
The poly count is 4k now. And it won't be much more because it still needs more detail but I must reduce the poly count in a few areas.
I wasn't sure about this because it's the first ship I've ever done with Splines and I'm glad you like it.

OHHHHHH MY FREAKING GOODNESS!  DUDE THAT ROCKS!  When I saw that ship on "Enterprise"..I said to myself..it wont be long before someone makes a model!  You have done a KICK A** job!

Hi, here you have more renders. Most of the work were done to reduce the poly count in some areas and detailed more in others. The poly count now is 3k6
I'm just starting with the textures....

I agree with everyone... very cool project and look very good so far.... Textures arent going to be easy for that ship are they ;D

How about this hull pattern? Does it looks too water-like?
And is the green part too dark?

 :) I think it looks about right to me, :thumbsup: :thumbsup: If any thing the green ( In my humble uninformed opinion,), Could be just a little darker. It probably mute the water look you where talking about.
 But then and again i probably don't know what I'm talking about :) :lol:

Well, I'm glad you like it and thanks for your comments.!!!

Anyways, this ship will be much easier to retexture than my previous releases (without remaping) I learn this the hard way  :P . So I guess I will be able to change the colours if somebody wants or I can release two sets of textures...

I was having some final exams  :help: and also I'm having a few problems in my job  >:( ...so my mind's been in another world...  :smackhead:
Yet, I'll do my best to have it finished after this weekend.
