I'm starting to get into splines and shapemerge and so on, and this looked like a good model to do....tried the K'Tinga, but can't seem to get it right. :banghead: I don't use templates in the viewports, I just eye-ball it, so that's probably the reason, lol. :P
OK, well, now it's over 12,000 polies, but looks really good! :P Now, I need to do one that will be more game friendly. I'll do one without the armor plating on the wings detailed, just do it with textures...this 1st one was a test, a good looking test, but still a test. ;D
Well, like I said, it was a test...a test of Splines and Shapemerge. I can get it down around 7,500-8,000 by Optimizing the mesh, but there are a few errors that can't easily be removed. :P All that mesh detailing eats up polies...that's why most of use textures to simulate the details. ::)OK, well, now it's over 12,000 polies, but looks really good! :P Now, I need to do one that will be more game friendly.
