Yes, Nightsoft has died...again. It only does this when I update DRS, apparently the undead is a bit of a jinx on the server.

Don't worry KF, I warm up my modding skills on the Feds before getting to the other races.

As for a collaboration, that sounds interesting.

Man I feel like an ass.... but im honest so here goes...... I love it but I have the sensor dish area.... the model again is perfect and looks awsome.....
really dont like the sensor pat though ???

Here I was trying to find the perfect strike carrier for SFC:  OP and you make this.  Perfect.
Any plans on making a TMP refit of your Firestorm class?  Maybe a TNG refit inspired by your current Valiant?  The shuttlebay and impulse engines are cool looking on the Firestorm.

I think you mean the deflector dish - the sensors are the three bulbs around the forward part of the hull, behind the deflectors. That's kind of a key factor in the ship and it was either this or slapping a regular Connie shuttle bay area there instead - which probably would've looked worse.

I doubt I'll make any other Firestorm style ships as the TOS version skates close enough to the NX design scheme as it is. Besides, if someone wants a TNG version, just nab an Akira since the Firestorm and NX both rip it off anyway.

Very cool, like the nacelles, they remind me of those on the Endeavour class in SOTSF with the tapering rear ends. I may have to nab the deflector and shuttlebay for my Shangri-La kitbash, it looks much better than what I'd made for the area before. :( If I can get to you stie that is LOL...

One question.  The forward shuttlebay is marked 5.  The aft shuttlebay is what, 1?  Where's 2-4?

The aft shuttlebay doesn't have a number (though it'd probably be listed as #6). 1, 2, 3, and 4 are on the port and starboard sides of the saucer.

did you try to look for another place to put your site?, since nightsoft have problem each time you do something to your site!, well anyway can you send the carrier by email?, can't wait to have it, the fed are in need of carrier :)

Well, they're just modified versions of the Ark Royal engines which don't have a designation either. I suppose CV-38 for these and CV-40 for the big ones?

the nacelles in those manuals back in the '80's were LF-XX for TNG, LN-XX for TMP and I think PB-XX for TOS with XX being numbers e.g. LN-64 for the TMP Enterprise nacelles, something to do with the warp coil arrangement just incase you're interested. Finally got the ship and it looks very nice, Definetly have to rip off the front shuttlebay for my Shangri-La.
