I am going to try Fried riced and the pagage I got says to stir fry the rice and the green onions but does not say for how long. so like the Question says how Long do i stir fry the rice and green onions for.

Well I dont know if I did it right, It just doesnt look like the fried rice I get from the Resturant from time to time. But it has good flavor and I made it. ;)

The longer you stir fry the rice, the drier it will become. Some like the rice more moist; some like it more "fried". Also, freshly cooked rice will need more frying than day-old rice. I'd give it a good 10-15 min of stir frying as a starting point. A little soy sauce will make it slightly brown, if that's the look to which you're referring. Add the onions and soy sauce near the end so they don't burn.

I also mix one or two Eggs in with mine when fixing It. and for some really good flavor, add an ounce or two of chopped Whitting.
