Title: OK I need some guidance...

What do you need in order to make D2 maps and manipulate shiplists, I've never dabbled in this part of the game so please don't laugh....

Is there anything else from the technical standpoint that is needed to get started building/designing a campaign?

Artifex (in the serverkit), Excel and notepad are the tools I use for shiplists and maps.
