I kinda fighed it was a pic of himself, I was just wondering what happened to the plane. looks like somepanneling was ripped off or something.

Photo sums up nicely my usual situation: smiles amid disaster. I thought you might enjoy it.

Most of the time a power cart is used to start turbine aircraft, in this case the powercart was left in front of the#2(right) engine during a run up test right after it had rained. The wet ground iced up, the plane jumped the wheel chocks, and the #2 prop hit the power cart at full throttle (1800 hp) totally destroying it, the propeller, and the damage you see here.

This is what an EMB120 Brasilia normally looks like. You can see the shadow of the prop is where the damage is:
