Et qui nolunt occidere quimquam posse volunt

Juvenal, Satirae, X, 96

Evil natures never lack teachers

Malae naturae numquam doctore indigent.

You don't stop playing because you grow old. You grow old because you stop playing.

This one needs some setup. Saturday night this sketch comedy group at my school had a big party, so natually some people came back to the dorm smashed. This one kid, Evan, great kid, can't hold his liquor. So my friend Bryce is trying to convince him there's a poster on the wall, (there isn't). Evan goes to the bathroom and we run around and pin one up that says "I swhare there's a poster on the wall". (he was slurring, hence the swhare.). The kid  comes back, Bryce points out the poster again.  He goes "GODDAMMIT there's no poster!" without even looking. Bryce says "Oh man, purple monkey dishwasher." Even just looks at him, and falls over. So the funniest quote i've heard is "Purple monkey-dishwasher."

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
and all are different colors....but
they all exist very nicely in the same box.

One I remebered at the gym today when I wanted to just go home:
Pain is merely weakness leaving the body.

That's close to what I was taught:
"This is my weapon, this is my gun (empahtic gestures to weapon and "gun"); this is fighting, this is for fun(more emphatice gestures to said parts)."
