THe sad part is the fact that 5% of the ignorant sumbitches that answered the survey didn't know that there were no $200 bills issued by the U.S.

The treasury prints 500, 1,000, and 10,000 dollar notes but those are only for use between Federal reserve branches. I don't know if they still do this with the advent of modern electronic banking.

Nope, C-notes are the only thing left now. The old bills went up to $100,000's.
