Title: KCW Clarification thread.

Hey -have a few questions I'm pondering on the KCW rules so I thought a thread might be a good idea.

First basic one
1)-Am I reading this right that the house XO is kinda supposed to be the "Elite" pilot for the house?
Worth Vp evertime he dies, isn't allowed to challenge the house leader, can (I think?) be challenged by anyone.
KInda seems he's supposed to be the leader's enforcer.
Not that I have any doubts at all about my abilities to enforce my wishes on people , just kinda curious.

2)Also-are th transfer rules set up for houses to have all theier BCH's on at one time? IE do I have to post in advance or can I just be online and take C7's from people who aren't online and tell people who are online to buy them until we have the maximum amount?

To whoever has the powers to do so...

I have applied to get into the KCW_Development forum over on SFC2.net...  Sent Hooch PM there, not sure if it made it, or he's even the one with the access permissions.

Figure I'm the only house leader not in there yet... :(
