Title: Herr Burt...I have a problem

   I removed all the SC stuff from the folder, then Dl'ed the new installer..extracted like before to folder, ran the "To" Exe

Thought I would be good to go, went to server logged on OK, went to take a mission..."NO SHIP" shows up and then I crashed !!

Did I do it wrong ??    :'( :'( :'(


BTW ...I did run the "From" Exe before I removed everything... :(

Not from wht you describes.  Make sure you have some Hydran models in your SqdCmmnd folder, which is in your Orion Pirates directory.

I begin to supsect the new installer is screwed.
