Title: Generations at War 2.0 Release very close.
Post by: NannerSlug on September 28, 2004, 11:34:04 pm
Today we got the last model we needed. It is the Elasi heavy cruiser from the old Star Trek: Judgement Rites game (yeah, the 2d one that pwned).

We are updating the selector and a couple other things then should be ready to go.

Finally, I would like to note that we will be issuing some sort of server kit which will allow individuals to run their own Generations at War servers.

I would like to thank everyone for their support in the years. Its been a great ride and this will be the cherry on top. Check out starfleetcommand3.net for more information, pix and the rest.

The best thing to do is go over to the StarFleetCommand3.net.That is where you will find Nanner most of the time.

1) it will be 191 mb.

2) for 56kers i have found the use of gamespot's download thingy (real technical term) to be perfect. that way you can stop downloading anytime you wish and resume any time you wish.

:)

we are doing the beta 2 right now.. just need a couple of scripts and we are set. :D

You can also get "download accelerator plus" at www.download.com

It's a free program that has a "resume" feature, letting you stop and pick up from where you left off.
