some that i know have this technical difficulties:
I am having serious computer problems at the moment.. I had succeeded in
reinstalling windows 98 onto my computer but I have 2 major problems now,
the first that I cannot fix the screen or display, I'm stuck in 16 bit.
and the second is that I can't find my modem, which is what sucks the
most...

Do you have the Correct Drivers installed for your Video card?
For your Modem, Does It show up at all in the Device Manager? or Does It have the Exclemation mark saying unknown Device, or the like?
