weird animal, it seem some sort of K9 but also different from what we know.

That's a rehash of the "strange" animal from Maryland.  It's a Red Fox with a horrible case of mange.

I once shot a woodpecker that was chewing holes in the side of my house with a compound bow...
One of the arrows that missed sat stuck in the side for 5 years.
