If the craft in question is plastic surgery, then yes. One jog around the block and she can lie about anything. Except headaches, I'm betting.

I've managed to catch numerous Romulan "fabrications of a truth", and equally numerous Romulan "interpretations" of the truth, but never a flat-out Romulan lie...

Then again, the Romulan statement "Romulans do not lie" could either be a lie, or yet another misleading fact, clearly illustrating that they never lie, they just make up their own truth as they go along... :D

Or perhaps the Rolumans are very adept in lying to themselves in the efforts to deny the obviousness of their deceptions to others.

Then again, to a Kzin, if it isn't feline it really doen't matter anyhow, truthful or dishonest a Romulan taste the same.
