If anyone can name the ranks of the Roman army including Auxiliary ranks, and WITHOUT cheating, i will dub you the smartest person alive.
And when i mean WITHOUT cheating, that does include using the internet. So NO using the internet, PERIOD!!! use your gray matter inbetween your ears. ;D
You can name them from lowest to highest or vice versa.
Two hours to do this. and i will check it.
GOOD LUCK!!!
EDIT: I did want to make one thing clear, ALL other sources may be used except of course the internet.

The centuria, cohort, and legio, but I can't remember how the centuria was laid out....kinda cheated...6 years of Latin in HS and college...but that was from '69 to '75

If we are talking about the early and middle republic they would be in order from front to rear.
Velite - skirmisher
Hastati
Principes
Triarii
-
Not the ranks of the legion. Military ranks. example. "Centurion" etc...
Will not give any thing else out.
-
I looked them up, and i will saythat if ANYONE can figure them out, they are history demigods!
