Bribes work great liquor and chicks are usually the best bribes.  However if you have lost 10 F-CBs on a server it might be more difficult, still Kroma found a way around this obstacle, a little bodypaint, some fake antennae, a wink and 20 minutes on the holodeck with the horny blue shipyard master.......
