You know, I have been doing sigs, graphics for many in SFC for ages.
I have never complained when they were used, especially when people had fun with them.
Now I have someone, a business stealing my graphics off of the old GZ site, no permission, just blatent and downright thievery.
I have contacted them (2x now) and have been ignored 2x.
Things like this, where people steal your hard work, and yeah it took me a while to get those forums looking right, with programs I spent alot of money on, and irregardless of my intents the website itself, it is still my personal work.
just thought I would share that with ya, cause if you have any work up, some 2 bit business with no creative intuition will snatch them right from under your feet.
I wont post the name of the person, but I am pretty sure you can all guess who this charlatan is...
To me, its a damn insult, its my work and by God you cannot have it.

That sucks rabid monkey.........toes. I saw their forum and it's a total
ripoff. All he did was add some dorky diamond shape to the divider bar.
Hope you nail his butt to a wall.

GZ wasn't just a website. It was an incorporated company, one company stealing anothers work.
yuck talk about potential lawsuits.

I sure hope hes squeaky clean cause I am taking this all the way.

Sorry, but I am clueless when it comes to what happened with GZ.... but I feel that you should protect your work.

ya know I thought about it and I could care less.
If he wants to steal graphics hey more power to him. The guy never had a creative bone in his body, and frankly he isnt worth the effort.
I will rest comfortably knowing this is the very last thing he will ever take from me.
Now he can find another group to leech off of.
I do find it funny that he has "web design" listed as one of his forte's...

LOL heres a letter I got back from the "legal department" and my response to them...
Hes got nerve, I give em that.
I have re-looked, and adding a diamond to my graphic does not change the fact that it is my graphic, as well as the bar you provided under the contact name.
However, since MDT-Tech.com deems it necessary to copy and alter someone elses work, I will simply let you continue your shady dealings knowing that as per the norm, MDT-Tech, WGLeague and all its affiliates continue to perform sub-par and sub-standard work. It is a comfort knowing this will be the last item you clowns steal from me, so enjoy it.
This is a prime example of the piss poor job you have done, and continue to do. Keep the graphics, and I hope you rest at night knowing that no matter what you do, my stamp, and my work will continue to over shadow yours to the point where you have to steal it to create something worth viewing.
I find it very amusing.

I don't understand why they would pinch the graphics. You can get
pre-made templates for just a couple of bucks. Heck, even a no talent
hack such as myself could come up with some decent forum graphics. ;D
