Toyota, the company built on the strength of its people is building a new team. We got a full sized Toyota truck plant going up soon (Thanks to Rep. Lamar Smith's campaigning for it) in the lower central TX region. Awesome company to work for, and where the plant will be is out in country (no high priced million dollar homes or lots).

2. Group leaders (1st level supervisors)

I need to get on this myself as Virginia and I tie the knot on Feb.14th and she has a B.B.A. and will be studying for her M.B.A.
Yeah, I got me a sugar mopmma, just like Adam Sandler did in one of his movies, hehehehehehehe. :D Not really, I'm paying for her college and she cannot compete with my income now until she gets an M.B.A. ;D
Oh yeah, I almost forgot. ONCE YOU APPLY WITH TOYOTA, APPLICANTS MAY NOT REAPPLY FOR OTHER POSITIONS WITHIN TOYOTA FOR 2 YEARS! That's the Japanese work ethic for you, no fast movers here... Just hard work and loyalty, then you move up.

Hmmmmm, Khalee comes to mind, I know YOU did some maint. on your rig and have mechanical experience.
BTW, cost of living south of Austin is MUCH cheaper than the Austin metro, Round Rock and Georgetown areas. San Antonio is a very historic and beautiful city.
