The Lyran Empire wishes to inform you that:
Having met our goals of annihilating any and all ISC warships participating
in the illegal blockade of our borders during their "police action". The Lyran Empire and allies
will be moving on with our previously declared objectives of removing the threat posed to peace loving
sentients everywhere from the Mirdan Empire.
We would ask that you have your Military forces stand down during this operation as the chance of an errant
encounter could prove to be unfortunate.
If however your Military does not or will not stand down during our removal of the Mirdan threat we will be forced
to treat them as enemy hostiles and will be forced to conduct ourselves accordingly.
We reserve the right for preemptive strikes upon any Federation mobile assets we deem a threat.
The Lyran Empire at this time, will conduct absolutely NO military strikes upon any civilian, economic, or any other non-mobile military target.
The Lyran Empire also wished to inform you that operational necessity may demand occasional forays through territory
claimed by the United Federation of Planets.
It may be necessary to enter said territory to pursue and incapacitate any Federation vessels we believe have intent to
interfere with our aims of disarming the Mirdans.
The Lyran Empire wishes to inform you that we have no wish to contest the Federation's claims to this territory.
We promise that any disturbance caused by our passage, or by the neutralization of any hostile assets in your space, shall be made good by our pilots after their mision is done. The defensive infrastructure of your territory will be at the same strength it was at before our forces entered the territory in question.
In closing, The Lyran Empire wishes to ask the Federation Council to pursue the course of peaceful coexistence.
Cease your economic and military support of the rogue Mirdan Empire. Once this threat has been removed all sentients can
look forward to a new age of prosperity and understanding.
