Alliance High Command also recognises the warp signiature of a starship captain whom it has been informed to us by the rest of the entire galaxy, has gone completely mad and insane and refuses to accept orders from even his own Coalition High Command. Said individual is reported to have lost the plot because the words 'treaty' and 'honour' are not in his vocabulary, his neo-cortex and neortransmitter levels were last reported by his ship's doctor (before being executed) as suffering from severe degredation, his crew close to mutiny.
Allaince and Coalition High Commands are currently discussing what is to become of this poor deranged individual, the prison planet of Rura Penthe or the Brain Disection labs of the Xenobiology department of the Vulcan Science Academy.
