We will be posting a new patch (and full installer in case you dont have SGO4 installed) to correct a ftrlist error, delete several duplicate ships, fix some OPPlus spares, and fix the shipyard restrictions which cause DB errors.
Server coming down in about 15 minutes for a db clean and shiplist update.

You will notice the shipyards spitting out the occasional ship you dont want showing up. Too bad. It causes too many DB errors that can slap us in the face later on. I have to go thru and run the DB every year for groups of ships I restrict to find out which ones I can safely 'R' out. That will take me a lot of time and mb you will see the benefits on the next server, mb SS2. Till then, we will adjust the priority of types of ships that will be built, hopefully controlling shipyard spam that way.

It's great that you guys have gone to the trouble of putting slick installers together but is there any way in situations like this that you could also put up the shiplist/fighterlist by itself for download?
It makes it much easier to patch the game when the autoinstaller doesn't work.

Tell the installer to write the files to yer desktop and "VIOLA!" there they are.

The installer works fine. If you have improper multiple OP installs, are using the enhancement pack or mod chooser then there's not much I can do. The installer is intended for single standard installs (any location). Since you complained so nicely though, I'll attach the shiplist and fighterlist to this post as a zip file this time (no instructions). ;)
